General Data Protection Regulations – Summary

The Friends of St Paul’s Recreation Ground aim to improve the green space generally known as St Paul’s Recreation Ground and secure it as free open space for the benefit of the community/local residents for now and in the future. And as a result we gather data on our clients in order for us to carry out the work. We also track and store usage information on visitors to our website and we store data on the individuals that contact us via the world wide web, email, phone, apps and contact forms.

We have always taken our responsibilities with regard to data protection seriously and as a result of the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we have reviewed our policies again and implemented some changes to ensure we continue to be compliant and that your data is handled correctly at all times.

We are familiar with GDPR and the responsibilities of The Friends of St Paul’s Recreation Ground with regard to it. We review our policy and procedures every 24 months or sooner; if there is a major change to regulations. We have a right to erasure process and a data breach procedure that are available from the Data protection Officer if you wish to view them. All our storage is secure.
