FOSP’s Events 2019
2019 marks a special year for St. Paul’s as it’s the 130th anniversary of the creation of the park. Apart from our usual annual events bulb planting and Carols in the Park, we’d like to mark this occasion with something rather special. As such, we’d like to hear suggestions from you the community how we could celebrate this special date. 2019 also marks the launch of The London National Park City season which begins in Spring 2019.
One thought is we have a traditional May Fayre, this could be a low-cost fun family event, and enable local charities and other groups to raise money for their causes. However, this is just a suggestion, what we’d really like is to hear from you with your thoughts on how we can mark and celebrate the creation of St Paul’s, our much loved community hub.
The Friends will be meeting early in the new year (date to be confirmed) to discuss this and other topics, all are welcome. Do please come along as we’d love to see you and hear your thoughts, not only on the anniversary, but how we can make St Paul’s even better.
